I am here to witness all the things your pregnancy is! We plant the seeds: ✨ Learn how physiological birth unfolds ✨ Discuss your "dream birth plan" ✨ Engage in spiritual and physical exercises such as Prenatal Kundalini Yoga to help you feel strong and connected, and to prepare your body, mind, soul, and psyche for the birth process ✨ Investigate what fears are coming up for you and discuss "what-if's" ✨ Discuss how you can stay nourished and balanced during pregnancy and beyond ✨ Discuss how you can best be supported by those around you during your birth portal ✨ Plan a supported, restful postpartum I'm looking forward to meeting you and walking with you on your journey! Available online and in-person located in Cultus Lake, BC.
